The Project:

Riot Games was preparing for the 2023 EMEA Valorant esports tournament. They needed to capture video and stills content of all teams and individual players to be used throughout the duration of the tournament and the year ahead.

The creative brief spanned across 6 different large scale sets and required content capture for master interviews, photos, GIF animations, epic arena shots and individual hero video content. NOFOMO were commisioned as production company for the capturing of all content.  We developed a shooting plan to capture both dynamic, high energy frames,  beautiful artistic portraiture and a range of personality pieces to compliment the enormous gaming arena. Utilising our talented crew of 15 people we deployed 8 Cinema cameras, including Gimbals & Steadicam, to capture content fast and dynamically. We helped produced on-brand sets, lighting designs, and tailored the aesthetics of several spaces to bring life to the world of ‘Valorant’.
